Urwerk EMC Time Hunter Desert Sage

A fusion of haute horlogerie and high-tech innovation, the EMC Time Hunter Desert Sage is a rugged, military-inspired timepiece that empowers the wearer to monitor and adjust its own accuracy. Encased in micro-bead-blasted titanium and steel with a matte beige "desert" finish, it combines a traditional mechanical movement with a cutting-edge electronic module—allowing you to measure rate deviation and amplitude in real time and fine-tune it without a watchmaker.

Key Features

1.  Wearer-Adjustable Precision

World's first mechanical watch with user-adjustable chronometry monitor and fine-tune timing accuracy in real time without watchmaker.

2.  Electro-Mechanical Hybrid Technology

Features a built-in electronic module with a precision 16 MHz oscillator and optical sensor to measure rate deviation and amplitude on demand.

3.  Hand-Crank Power Generator

No batteries: a retractable crank charges the internal capacitor to power the measurement system—true self-sufficiency.

4.  In-House Manual-Wind Movement

The UR-EMC2 movement delivers 80 hours of power reserve and high-frequency precision (4 Hz / 28,800 vph), fully crafted by Urwerk.

5.  Military-Inspired Rugged Design

Matte desert-beige ceramic-lacquered finish, bead-blasted titanium and steel case, and camouflage canvas strap for a bold, tactical look.

6.  Functional Multi-Dial Display

Central hours and minutes, small seconds, power reserve, and dedicated chronometry dashboard—all on the dial for intuitive use.

7.   Ultra-Rare Collectible

Limited to only 5 pieces worldwide, making it one of the rarest and most exclusive Urwerk watches ever made.

8.  Award-Winning Innovation Lineage

Based on the EMC series, winner of the GPHG “Mechanical Exception” and “Innovation” prizes—this is its most refined evolution.
